Are you guys using the demo version of TOS? With the live version and a funded/unfunded account the scanner updates in real time. I'm curious why you're not seeing the same thing.

I've had issues with that in the past as well. Couldn't figure out a solution. Seems to be worse when you're running other charting s/w. It's odd because TWS is barebones.

What you descbribe usually happens later at night (must be the data transitioning from one day to the next). My scan is a simple percent change. If the stock changes by "x" % then it will show up real time in the scan.

TOS scanner works great. Mine works in real time. I use it everyday. There is a setting I changed in TOS a few years back that removed a delay but I thought that was only for charting.

What is the bank's response? Seems like the issue is with the bank. Will they let you reopen the account?

First post? You're making shit up. I've traded through Oanda for 10 years and I have NEVER had an issue getting money out. During the CHF fiasco they were the only broker that honored all orders/stops. With the way IB shut out traders from the spot FX market they are really one of the only...

IB is brain dead. They have implemented more damn garbage into their system than I or anyone else can comprehend.

Just as i'm typing....... Right on schedule. Something's up here. Banks are weak too China will fare better on the trade negotiations if the markets are in free fall. Probably a good time to short everything while they talk it down.

BA may gap up tomorrow. The options are weak. Bought a few calls to make it more of a strangle. Theta is a killer on this.
