A few reasons why I am shorting this bounce

If you take a look at a 60 min chart of ES, It looks like it is forming a bear flag. I wouldn't be surprised if we see the 1122.00 area before testing/breaking this years high.

Emotional ruts and what to do about them

One of the problems I had was that I would take a signal on a trade before the bar had completed (I consider this an impulse trade). I now wear a stop watch that is in sync with my charts/pc. If It looks like I might get a signal, I will step away from my computer until just about the time the...

Finding Commercial Property for Bar in NYC

Where can I get some of your music? As far as DJ's go, I have a couple Sasha/digweed cd's that I really like. Is your sound anything like theirs?

    Positive Outlook

I have been Day Trading for just about 1 year now. I have been hovering right around breakeven for the past couple months. There is no other place I rather be on Monday mornings than sitting in front of my 2 19' flat panel Dells waiting for the opening bell to ring. I find trading fun...

    Greenspan Says . . .

Why doesn't everyone (in America) just open an IB account and daytrade the minis? Screw math and science...starting in kindergarten, children can train 6 hours a day on a realtime trading simulator. Now longer would it be the jocks getting all the chicks. It would be the dude pulling 15...

The Most Annoying Thing About Trading

I can relate. Bought ES at 1152.25 with a limit at 1154.25. Right as it approached this price I canceled the order thinking it was going higher (Wound up with .75 pt gain). Granted, I might not have been filled since it did not trade through the price. However, yesterday I just watched the...

Best Place To Buy Globex Tick Data

Good question. I bought it in order to test an opening Gap strategy, so I wasn't to concerned if each 1 minute data point wasn't 100 % accurate. Good Luck

This guy's a legend in his own mind

He may be good, but who called the surge up this morning. Thats right, it was me. Thats why I bought the first 5 min candle on the break of yesterday's high. 7 minutes later I took a 1.5 point loss. But thats OK, I knew we were going higher. Never mind the fact that I didn't buy the 9:55...
