A move above a prior bar high by at least a tick. Some people even like to see it close in at least the top 1/4th of the bar.. .but I am not that picky. You can see when trading in the zone we never got one... this exhibits that the bulls can not overcome the bears creating a squeeze...

Here is the visual.... This is what you are looking for to negate a pattern as well as a zone. Who knows where it will bottom but the probabilities after that low was taken out is that we continue lower rather then explode to the upside.

Another bearish close.... remaining short. 1448.50-1450.50 is basically the bulls last chance... wouldnt be surprised to see it tested tonight and broken for a move down to 1425-1430 by tomorrow or wednesday.

retesting HOD at critical resistance... 1502-1504.... Great place to be on the sidelines waiting to see if the market can pop the stops, selling comes in and get on board with a tight stop and let it rip to the downside.

nice one..... 1455 is line in the sand for tomorrow. If it stalls at that level you want to be short with a tight stop for a move down to 1425... if its blast through it you want to be long on the dips.
