Im saying if they can have early voting, as in my state, they can have early counting of the mail-ins. And should have, under the pandemic circumstances. No one should be counting ballots at 4 AM. Theres early, theres late, and then theres either stupid, or fraud.

Thats basically what it comes down to. Counting is one thing, validating is another. And its the law, given such narrow margins.
