Oops, I "believe" I got that somewhere in one of the journal threads. Yours looks better. I'd use that. I'll have to change mine.

Ok, found the numbers. What CNMS was talking about non-linear wise, is that volume slows down during the mid day - and is higher paced in the morning and late. The %age distribution throughout the day go like this. 10:00 - 11% 10:30 - 25% 11:15 - 33% 12:15 - 50% 13:15 - 60% 14:15 -...

He's right about this. If you're going to use something similar, you need to find the nonlinear data he's talking about. It goes something like: 11% of avg volume in first 1/2 hr 25% by 1 hr I forget what it is after that. And don't quote those numbers either.. :D

Dude, I was just asking what it was about. I never made any assumptions about anything.

Plenty of experience trading it and the realization that my skills aren't up to the task of trading the typical mid day choppiness. Basically, until I can do the whole MADA process quick enough, no thanks...

Never seen such a strange "shape". Kinda like a U. Fanned channels so many times it got to be ridiculous. Anyways, plenty of points to be had on days like these if you're patient. The whole mid day until 15:30ish was "hands off" for me.

I bet my laptop's cpu would love THAT... LOL... Is that the PRV tool like is found in Quotetracker? Excal programs eat up all my cpu. tried one of those before - I believe it was the one that Makosgu made, and it pegged it at 100% all the time. Still in BTJ, tomorrow may be a sell day...

Yeah, when INDU's down 125 pts, not a good idea to enter a long if you're being conservative. There will be something else tomorrow. Out of PTV - Bought 30.51, Sold 30.83 +1% Still holding BTJ - Bought 43.89, Now 47.00, +7%

Well, I get it from reviewing Spyder's charts. Appx 1/4 have <50% or less volume compared to the prior bar. Most are around 70-80%, from my observation....

Dear Abby Uses Column To Promote Radical Gay Agenda

You're correct A does not necessarily follow B. I would agree with Turok though and say, "that in some way", it is wired into some individuals. And those individuals are not capable of going against their "wiring" to a sufficient degree of certainty that they should ever be let out of...

Ok, I apologize. You seem to have your head in the right place. It's just that after arguing with a lot of irrational people on here, it comes hard to believe that someone who says that dogs are capable of higher reasoning is being serious or not. Guess I'm conditioned to believe someone that...

YES!!! This is the wake up call I was missing. I'm doing the bead and butter trades only - forest level, pt3 to LTL, just like Bearbelly has described. No holding through retraces, I definitely know I'm not prepared for that, plus it seems counterintuitive for me right now. As far as exits...

Ok, decided to figger this out myself- 1-can't be a hitch, too much price range 2-stall- prolly still too much range 3- HVS - nope 4-CCC-nope 5-dip- maybe, has nearly as much range as prev bar, less than 50% of prev bar's volume. On to formations 1-FBP- nope 2-FTP- nope 3- SYM -...

Agree absolutely that it was a FTT/pt1. Your analysis is confirmed by subsequent bars. But put yourself back at 14:40 (see attached ) . Without knowing what comes next, what would you see the :40 bar as? < 50% of prev bar's volume, think flaw of dom traverse (up-as determined by previous inc...
