We bought it when it was one year old and had 12K on it. We drove it 8 years and put less than 10K on it per year. I remember one of the last check ups it had almost 80K. So I'm guessing it had 80-90K on it.

I had a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Yep, an old folks car. I loved that car. But after 9 years, on a road trip, it blew a gasket and was ruined. I remember when the 1965 Mustangs started appearing on the road. They were such a boss looking car to us kids.

Just kidding. That was that Lambo thread. Heck, it was probably me. I try to forget such things.

There was a sign posted at my local park that said "found rabbit - near the high school" and gave a phone number. I snickered at that sign. This town is overrun with rabbits. Who hasn't "found" a rabbit.

The real Lucas McCain of my backyard was my beloved cat. We lost him about a year ago. While he was around, I'd find a rabbit carcass back there every once in a while. And plenty of birds and little rodents that he mutilated. But he kept the peace. The little sadist loved to eat...

Yeah, I've got a gardener, who reseeded the back lawn. But between the rabbits and grass seed-killing birds, it's still dirt. I've told my gardener that he doesn't need to do the back for a month now. I just don't have the heart to let him see the carnage.

This has been a crap market for me, bro. Crappy price action. Neutralized an oil short Friday, only to see it down a point tonight. Oh well, that's trading. (boing)

Backyard Update. Well, my backyard continues to be the Land O' Excitement. The Morning Glories continue their march over everything. Kinda like the Red Army near the end of World War II. I have a giant Bougavilia near the fence that is engaged in mortal combat with the Morning...

It's No Coincidence That Dog Is God Spelled Backwards

Had a golden Lab for twelve years. What a smart, loyal and noble creature she was. Sheesh, she was better than me. Excepting those shit little yapper dogs, dogs are better than humans. This thread proves it. All dogs go to heaven, excepting those shit little yapper dogs - freaks of...

Wow that sucker's really flying. The old joke is, just switch the labels on your Buy/Sell buttons and you'll be OK.

You probably should go back and look closely at that entry. What you based it on and why it has, so far, failed. I swing/day trade oil. I didn't do much better than that on some of my early trades. Took some heavy heat. Keep at it, though, and get better.

Kids, let this be a lesson. Don't drink and spray insecticide. You can do one, or the other, but not both. (jka)

A to Z is most pleasing to me. It reminds me of a Variety article criticizing an actress. It said, "She ran the gamut of emotions from A to B."
