I also voted for crap. Musically, I don't normally venture past 1999.

Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

You present a few quotes, normally from religious websites (which by all means bring into question the context and possibility for a misquote), and pretend like scientists are saying there is a creator? For every scientist you present that says there is a creator, I can find 10 who say the...

    JPY at end of trend?

Upward momentum seems to have stalled for now. I will take profits on this position in full, and come in fresh for next week. I would not be adverse to putting this position back on next week if we regain momentum, but for now I don't want to get greedy and give back these gains.

Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

That is my simplistic version of what I think most god believers believe, based purely on my personal experience. How would you describe god?

Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

jem, it is also possible that the Buffalo Bills will win the Super Bowl next year. However, the odds of this being true are slim to none. I think of the existence of god in the same way. Sure, it is possible that there is some magical being in the sky that hears and sees all of our thoughts...

Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

I spoke the words, but you implied them. We know you believe in a god from previous posts. Believers tend to claim god's existence by arguing against the big bang theory. You can't refute the mathematics behind the big bang theory without questioning the mathematics behind creationism is my...

    JPY at end of trend?

No set target, per se. Never set a hard target - too predictive. I simply let price action manage my trades for me. The trend is up on the daily, and I would like to ride it as far as it takes me, but as soon as I smell a pullback I will exit. Right now I am taking cues from the hourly as to...

Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

:D hilarious. The math does not support a universe popping up from nothing, but it sure as hell does support god creating the universe from nothing!

January deficit grows by $50B, on pace for $1.5T, keep spending and spending!!

There is nothing wrong with tax cuts. The only problem with tax cuts is when you don't reduce spending to compensate for the reduced revenue. Less government, less waste. That is what this world, and the USA in particular, is in desperate need of.

Canada Pension Plan Fund hits record high holdings worth $140 billion at end of 2010

That loonie sure is persistent. Would love to see the USD/CAD appreciate a bit, but I honestly can't see it happening for quite some time. Especially when the BOC is expected to raise rates in the second half of 2011, and the Fed will raise rates........?
