    in feature selector , under order entry tools, check off directed orders. You will then be able to setup symbols for specific exchanges other than "smart" order routing. now you can create charts for the required symbols using data from those exchanges rather than ARCA..

    Here is a workaround. Use a "directed" exchange such as Island for market data. This will enable the charts without the ARCA sub. Never needed ARCA subs in the past. Something new from the friendly folks @ NYSE I guess.
