I just finished listening to "Trading in the Zone" for the third time and had several aha moments I had missed before. Douglas really knew what he was talking about...top 5 trading book for me.

i think this is true in all areas of life...inability to enter discomfort (risk) and sustain discomfort (resilience) are two major determining factors for goal achievement.

marketsmith is awesome if you are a canslim person...and even if you're not really, it is just based off of O'neil's methods. Not at all worth the $ though IMO.
