As far as new housing Imo, these are the only projects underwriters will approve because of uncertainty of housing appraisals. 5 - 10 year old houses are iffy regarding appraisal numbers.
And besides, builders build, that's what they do.

I'm getting the impression that the Republican Idea of closing tax loopholes and deductions is already in place by the Dems. That is there plan also along with an income tax hike. So both, closing loopholes and raising taxes are Dem plans.

You know, I was thinking, gun laws are racist. A gun law targets the black community. Keeping guns out of the hands of a law abiding black man. Makes it very difficult for a person of color to buy a gun.
