I honestly dont think CIS would really do this, and most of the pro day traders in japan trade like 100 times or more everyday, they would not wait for a rumor to do something.

Base on what I read before cis doesnt care much about news or rumors. There is no way anyone can tell a rumor is real or not and how much impact would that be.

I mean cis and the other one who is friend of cis. you are so lucky that u could talk with him. you must know japanese very well. by the way what is t&s screen? for ask and bid, only the current buy/bid or more slots?

Don't look like they disclose the strategy at all, it is just blackbox and you can buy the blackbox service with fee per month.
