Can IB customer pull delayed data even not subscribe to that market? For example, currently I don't subscribe the Hong Kong future market live quote, can I use API to pull delayed data?

So still $0 protection for HK IB customers hold any non-HK stocks, like US stocks?

Because IB has moved all his Hong Kong customers to Hong Kong IB which is a HK local brokerage firm, there is only production for HK stock but nothing outside of HK. Can I even buy insurance or some production product from IB for US stock?

Those are ETF that basically going to be $0 for sure in long term. Just with around 5 years time both UWTI and DWTI value go to below 99% of it initial value. Their name is "ETF". Most of the people invest without passion like you and I who would hang around in investment forum and do our own...

I think it only make sense to "re-investing" after the stock has dropped a good amount of %, like at least 10% comparing to the price I short.
