Yes Ripley, we know. Trading is hard. Stupid chart patterns don't work, S/R levels don't work, feeling bullish on upticks and bearish on downticks doesn't work. And to think that once we DO get it right, that we might have to throw it all away tomorrow and find something else that works...

Again, why not trade globex futures? More than enough leverage, plenty liquidity at that size.

Of course you need to be careful around news releases, but at least with an ecn modeled market you will have other traders' orders to hit and not just some artificially widened quote. Still, with the thinner markets (gbp, cad, aud) you will often see bids and offers pulled on news releases...
