    Easy. Trade your account until your at the point were you can drive a salary and benefits off your trading. You can live anywhere with a good internet connection. Colorado is a nice state. Thinking of relocating there myself. I'm living on the eastcoast now. Hot, humid summers, not my favorite.

    No landlord or real estate management company is going to touch without a co-signer. Being only 19 you could have only been legally trading for 1+ years? Why not just save up a wholes year worth of rent and then go get an apartment? I had one of my tenants do that. He gave me security deposit...
