Finally got my Renko bars back working after f'ing with it the entire week. didn't trade yesterday or today. I'm taking next week solo to get fully back into the swing of things and will post p&l numbers as I get back into it. missed a lot of action this week, naturally. what can ya do.

Just go with the LeanGains method (Berkhan). his protein reco is stupidly high (50-60% of daily macros?!?!) but it works. I value my kidneys at this point so I steer clear of that high.

you would have to get custom renko builders, yeah. RJay makes very good ones. I messed with RenkoSpectrum for awhile before settling on the turbos. still no trading today for me but I at least can chart. (they are lagging like a MF so it's useless info for me to work off of).

that looks very similar to my "hybrid" renko setting. (in mt5 I have an indicator that can build many different kinds of renko). I will post in the morning. Never heard of the Uni, so you've given me something to look into.

Ocho yours don't plot tick by tick? that would be a major problem for me. I've dealt with those kind - try using point original style. they don't do that and they don't backfill untouched prices inside of the bodies.

lol I don't need any specific time, just post whatever you'd like to. I can reconstruct it once back at my desk in the morning. assuming I get my bars plotting correctly!

I use a 2 point and 4 point bar size. 0.25 reversal factor and asymmetrical reversals. (aka, a Turbo renko style).

you can try point original renko, it gives good structure and is less fast moving than the Turbo ones I use. I have issue with how they paint too. I don't always see the true highs and lows of a bar and that is a problem. my programming guy is working on a solution for me though. IllIbe able...
