    Greatest Daytrader(s) in the world

You have been only a short while on this board seeing the date of your registration. There used to be far more succesful traders posting here but most of them have learned their lessons and are nowadays keeping their stuff to themselves. But I can tell you that every now and then they'll post...

    Greatest Daytrader(s) in the world

Agreed. Daytrading / scalping can be lots of fun but it won't be making you the big dollars. It is only a matter of time before you'll blow out, even that guy Rotter (and every time I hear his name I want to puke). M.

    Bye Bye Retail Trader

Yep :) :) :) And the way that the education system is going at the moment it is set that therre will be even less discretionary traders in the future. Most kids educated these days cannot think for themselves, nor can do any mental arithmetic. Just go to any convenience stores and notice...

    The Perfect Trade

Jesse Livermore mentioned that the first 1/8 and last 1/8 of a trend are the most expensive. Rockefeller was quoted as getting in too late and getting out too early yet making heaps.... Maria

    gold: showdown time

Have not followed gold closely but it looks like a parabolic blowoff. A bit of a lukewarm attempt to go up again by the "Johnny come lately's" and then gold goes to rest for another twenty years. Maria

20% up in one month, can it be maintained ?

sound like he has no plan and that the strategy is not viable. swing max 4K, min 2.6k starting with 3k gives me something like 4+2.6 / 2 = 3.3 and then 3.3 - 3 = 0.3. Next 0.3 / 3 = 10%. But the 10% is less than the value of the swings hence pure luck. Maria over and out.

Do you fully appreciate the complexity of the markets?

Once you REALLY understand how the psyche of the market works then you'll see that the markets are following a very simple pattern. Maria, over and out.

Kinematics, Calculus, and other higher maths

You may be surpisrised to discover that Jesse Livermore's methods work very well in today's market. But you have to understand the mindset of the man and how he filtered his trades. And some of this stuff is only partly referred to in his books. Once you know how to trade then you see the...

Kinematics, Calculus, and other higher maths

I find it amazing that this guy (Proflogic / Bill Schamp / Charlie DOW) is so persistent, it is not the first time he mentioned he was not going to reply / come back yet he does. I also discovered that he merely ripped off someone else's system and "repackaged" it as being his own "holy...

Kinematics, Calculus, and other higher maths

How safe is it to be online without a firewall/antivirus

Sorry for the late reply. SIF = Statefull Inspection Firewall in other words the packets themselves are inspected rather than only at the moment of establishing contact. (Hope I have explained it correctly, at least this is my understanding) Maria

How safe is it to be online without a firewall/antivirus
