Form a LLC and let them invest in the LLC. And you use the asset in the LLC to trade. But everytime you get a new investor you might have to re-charter. I think this is one of most efficient way.

A quick question: How can you trade short-term and use fundamental insitutional research? I'm not attacking you here, but isn't fundamental generally support a longer term view? With $25K you might want to buy into long only commodity fund, if your research gives you such bullish view on...

It depends on the analyst's assumptions on AMD future growth on earnings. Since neither of the two is certain, the numbers can be off quite a bit.

They can back off if NYSE get a better price. Now, even it means if the specialist shows 100 and you know you can't get anything through him, that ARCA can still back off.~ I think
