Have to exit every time I make a trade and reenter.

To install these, do I simply uninstall the old drivers, and then reboot so the system knows to look for new drivers, or is there a utility on the XP disk where I can tell it to install drivers? Thanks, Jay

Anyone else having problems with the latest release of Ninjatrader? It often does not realize when a trade has been filled (flashes the working sign), and therefore will not let me close the trade. I get a invalid parameter message.

When you use the XP drivers, how do you know which ones to use? Are there matrox drivers on the XP disk, or just generic XP video drivers? I may try this. Jay

I guess I have different settings somewhere then. Matrox says they can't help me. Neither can IBM. Bummer. I kind of want a single Quad card anyway.

Is it an IBM OEM? I run mine on XP also. It works fine, but screws with all my other programs. I paid $9.95 for mine. If you paid anything under $30 its an IBM OEM. If it came with any packaging, or maual, its a Matrox retail card. Thanks, Jay

Beware, do not buy a matrox G450 used from Ebay as it is probaly an IBM OEM card. Matrox drivers do not work properly with them (I got this from Matrox directly), and IBM no longer supports this card. My system will work with the card, but colors get all screwed up (they revert to 8 bit no...

Figured it out. Its a software problem. All MS programs zoom properly. I use Qcharts. Apparantly, they don't care about multi monitor settings. I've informed them, but they have a shitty attitude about it. If others also bitch about this, maybe something will happen. Jay

Didn't know I could use the card without the drivers. Question, you run charts accross several monitors, and can max a chart to one screen? If so, I'll ditch the drivers altogether. Jay

I've tried everything I can think of. It always zooms across both monitors.

I now have a g450 running well on a Dell 4400, but I have one problem. Every time I max a window, it goes across both monitors. No matter what I do, the "Dual Head Zoom" setting remains disabled. I run XP BTW. I know several of you tech heads run this card, so I thought I'd throw this out...

Bingo! This, more than anything else, turned me from negative to positive. It allows tighter stops with the possibility of a high winning average. Trading a breakout, requires a wide stop, or your winning ave is going to be low. Jay

Yes, but for futures traders, 60% still is long term. So we get a 15% rate on 60% of gains compared to a 20% rate before.

It did pass the house, and will pass senate today. bush said he will sign. Cap gains will now be long term 15%, short term, regular rate.
