when I worked in Bright's office, a while back, there was a trader who used 1 very Very VERY large monitor [of course this wasn't a laptop] if it had it to do over again, I would try 1 or 2 very large monitors. Since I own 5 monitors now, I simply don't want to invest in more [monitors]...

I sold some Long Calls on Monday, through IB, and the fees do seem to be [quite a bit] higher marc :cool:

In a Cash account [not taking on Margin] if one wants to participate in a stock, is either one better? I suspect, it may depend on my long term prediction... marc :cool:

currently selling most of my 2014 Calls, and will probably buy more 2015 Calls, on probable pullbacks, or will sell some weekly Puts, to possibly add to stock position, probably :D marc

if a Non-Professional Sells some Puts, less than 1 year out [for income], and the stock remains flat, at expiration, is the income considered short term? thanks marc
