Whenever I look at those yields on those dividend ETFs I always get a sad. :(

I have some cash to invest, but got plenty of the ultra-volatile stuff. Want to get some of the less volatile stuff that also pays a dividend. Any recommendations, and why do you recommend them? I'm all ears, thanks!!!

I have always found these super high dividend stocks tend to drop like a rock. Look for something reasonable.

Its what I choose. So I will post a chart. It will be, just making things up, days 1 through 17. I will say, over the next [22] days, its either gone up bigly, gone down bigly, or most flat. You make the call. I decide which is up or down bigly or flat, but I don't intent to make it close LOL.

Thanks so much guys. Yea, I figured what I was talking about did not exist. I was hoping to find companies that might have low values because they are currently not earning (or are losing) money, but when you look at the value of their assets (land) they are undervalued. But no such luck...

Thanks ph1l. But is that "fair value" the fair value of the property, or the fair value of their calculated earnings stream? Looking for the former. Thanks!
