I think you're going in the right direction with the CFA. Granted, it may not help your trading at all but it's highly regarded in the industry and may open some doors.

Is this post a joke? Seriously, you're a beginner and you want to trade 5 contracts? I'm an "experienced" trader and just moved to futures and with a $7,500 account I'm only trading 1 and in rare occassions 2 e-mini contracts.
