0744 CST We kissed 104 075 and 105 25. Ideally, I'd like to see selling into 0810 CST.

I'm watching the ZB's carefully as I base all my calculations off of ZB price. I will be comfortable exiting all ZN's at any ZN price that is equivalent to ZB price of 105 26 to 105 23. FYI, this trade should have been initiated around 0700 to 0705 CST per my NN RVI and NN cycle indicator...

luc, Thanks for your kind words. As I read and re-read your paragraph. I have nothing to add, other than....I'm surprised too!!! For anyone interested in really getting to the heart of the matter regarding the psychology of trading, file away my entries on 03 February 2006 and my entries...

OK, calling it a day here. I'm too tired to look at my details for today, but obviously I have a loss due to yesterdays overnight trade. The sad fact is, if it weren't for the position held overnight, I would have had a solid day. The reason why this is sad is that for the past year I think...

Lack of price action follow through past 106 00. The 00's are very important price points. I wrote about them earlier in the first pages of this journal. In addition, 106 03 was major resistance. Finally, 5 min chart was showing indicator divergence, and the NN was negative.

1213 CST Closed last 2 ZB's at 105 27. While prices may go down to 105 24 again, they came back to 105 27, and I just didn't like the action.

    Bought 2 ZB's 105 26 1204 Bought 8 ZN's 104 080 1206 Per my earlier post, I had sold the ZB's at 105 30 and the ZN's at 104 100. Still short 2 ZB's. Looking for 105 24. Looks like 108 lots sold at 105 24, but my 2 weren't in there.

Well, here we go again, 2 - 3 hours of a narrow 4 tick range. This is the reason why I try to get out within the first hour, followed by second hour, and finally as a last resort, the third hour of trading. Wasting 3 hours of your life watching a 4 tick range will make you seriously question...

Order to close at 2 at 105 26 and 2 at 105 24. Looking to close ZN's as well at equivalent price.

    I'd put a stop at 106 01. I believe any break above 106 00 would create a bit of a run on stops, and we might see 106 09 on a spike. Initial target 105 26 then 105 24.

Looking to close and go short.... 1050 CST Closed 4 and Sold 4 ZB at 105 30. Rationale: 2nd attempt at 106 00 failed. Divergence on 5 minute indicators on ZB, divergence on 5 minute indicators on ZN. Neural network cycle indicator negative on 5 min. Neural network RVI negative on 5 min.

Still long 4 ZB's. I would have loved to add to my position at 1000 CST, but given the past 2 trades I'm cautious. Look to take some profits at 106 03 or so. Obviously a failure to break 106 00 and a return to 105 26 or so would be bad. 1037 CST Very very poor follow through at 106...

Just did a quick glance at yesterday's chart. If you recall, yesterday, for the short ZB trade at 105 19, I had a limit buy at 105 13. I reported in an earlier post that the market never went lower than 105 15. Looking again, I see it kissed 105 14 twice at 1440 and 1445. In any event, the...
