I don't have a quote right now, but it's routinely 1.5-2.0 in the US day-session. I don't typically trade CAD as I am 80% in the vol on EUR-crosses. EURUSD is a pip wide. I can do better on Majors but then no OTC vol. Download the software and contact them for a trial.

I doubt it. UBS used to have a $600K minimum if you were AI-status. IOW, you could be retail and an AI and trade the FX and barriers. They have tightened that up due to US regs. I would think that will $2-3MM you could trade thru an LLC.

In the sense that a 200-lot at the bid impacts microstructure. It's going to move CAD futures a pip or two and you're not going to get filled. You can lift the offer up to the posted limit in spot and you're done.

Yeah, I wouldn't touch even a 50-lot order in futures. UBS was 100MM-up on the ask.
