Why do traders blame their firms for not succeeding?

Corporate spook-speak follows (must have been tough to trade with all that training going on): "Mr. Ramoutar spearheaded the development of TrainToTrade, which was the first company to offer training for all levels of traders on a worldwide scale, while eliminating many barriers to entry...

    This blows BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn bro, that is sweet. I loaded longs that am, then went to Home Depot and heard the news on the radio driving home. Best thing was being away from the trading room... Okay, now on to the good stuff... bought a boatload of EFII in the 49's in the late 90's. It was early December - walked...

Why do traders blame their firms for not succeeding?

How would you know? You're a teacher, not a trader. Plus, your spiel sounds like a phony sales pitch. "I've met thousands and thousands of traders" blah blah blah. Bullshit.

$20,000 Coaching Session with Jai Ramoutar?

I was at an All-Tech class in December '95. Harvey gave all of us Christmas presents at the end of our training. The present? A framed picture of Harvey himself! The best thing about the seminar? Some French guy from LA turned me on to Iomega. Still, direct access was a whole new world back...

$20,000 Coaching Session with Jai Ramoutar?

Let's not forget that one of the other All-Tech trainers in 1995 had a minor role in the soap opera Ryan's Hope. What a joke.

    How do I compete "They"?

Stick with the index futures, liquid ETFs (QQQ, SPY, SMH), and high-caps (average daily volume greater than 10 million shares). Focus on market direction and turns, and you can do it. Buy down gaps in uptrends and short up gaps in downtrends. Take breakouts after narrow-range days and fade...

    tradestation question

bundle, if you want to get the values on the chart, you can just use the text routines to write the number directly on the chart (above or below the bar). If you need to get the numbers into a report, just use the print statement to print to a file and then import into Excel or something. Let me...

    Bubble? WHAT Bubble?

I'm thankful for these levels. My greatest fear is that the market gets to the point where nobody gives a shit, and it almost did. Fortunately, even during its bear market, the Nikkei has had great volatility the past fifteen years. As long as we can trade it... PTR

    Bubble? WHAT Bubble?

Suck 'em in, blow 'em out. Appreciate the beauty of Greenspan mainlining liquidity and the possibility that the front-loading of the tax cut for the following year could drive the market up even further. It's going to be a good up and a GREAT down.

Deleting the cache is the new catchall phrase to get you off their back when in fact they have no clue what's going on.
