I find IC Markets good for scalping with their raw spreads but commissions are a bit higher. CedarFX have slightly wider spreads but no commisson so it's important to find which gives you the best balance.

Not avoid but just look for brokers with low fees like some of those mentioned above. CedarFX are another low fee broker that's solid.

Way I see it is people were very dismissive of the internet 20 years ago in the same way. Therefore I think it prudent to add a small portion of my portfolio into these projects and see what happens.
