I have some basic parameters in which I trade from, yet I am inept at excel. Looking for help in automating my trading. Here's my parameters: Mkt at the open.... 10% up from purchase price is trigger to activate 5% trailing stop..... 5% below the purchase price is stop order... if stopped...

I have over 4yrs of paper trading.... and I am into my 4th month of trading real capital. My system started this month on this past tuesday.... as of friday's close I was up 7.01%. Paper trading was up only 4% for the same time frame.

I am at IB; only thing I can see if on the paper trading I am using the actual opening price... and i'm placing and market at open order wtih IB but sometimes I dont actually get the first price.

I currently have a plethora of "paper trading" data. However, cannot really get anyone to give me the time of day once I say it paper trading. I do have a firm watching and they are saying without trades w/ real money its very very hard

Sort of hard ..... example: this month my system kicked out 49 positions. This month started yesterday...... was up 2% at end of the day. My system is a monthly play.... usually in/out of positons within 18 trading days or less

I have found one firm that wants 3 months positive return before they will put firm capital behind you for a 50/50 split. Looking for others to see what the best deal out there is. thanks
