It would be simpler to just identify a trend and then buy the standard deviation pullback. Do you really need all those bands to show a trend?

I take charts into consideration on a very long time frame and to me dell and hpq both look like a catching the falling knife trade. csco looks to me like it is in a consolidation pattern and is starting to show some bullish activity.
