speaking of which S200S posted a LABD trade back when it was just taking off at 48. I thought he was talking about LABU and I mentioned $18 but he was clearly going long LABD

yea one can look at it both ways. May not be that bad..but china probably wont tell us how bad until too late if thats the case. Right now I am flat long term investments and watching metals, miners, and bonds to keep my bearings until we either retest aug 24 or keep going higher without looking...

moving up another leg or dropping hard

this is all starting to remind me of 2007. By mid year we had this swoon downward hard and rumors of sub prime coming apart at the seams. Then after about a week or 10 days of downward moves it came roaring back...higher than the peak when it first dropped..these bullish moves since 9/29 look...

still looking very strong long...in fact starting to look like Friday and Monday's upward action

nice buy in there..I was so much looking for a short opp that I missed the move up entry cutting back and forth till they hand enough shorts and then took it up

LABU is at 18 right now looks ready to pop though

popped just enough to squeeze out some short covering and its just sitting there filling covering contracts

yes thats why I ditched that last trade for a small gain....very much trap and harvest going on here..very much when the market gets back up near its all time highs and the Fed is out of bullets... trap and harvest becomes a hard and fast tool of the longs

But since neither of us are in this short it will probably move down a leg..tapping constantly on that 1977 and failing looks more and more like a good short

in a market like this it might be very difficult to hold most of the day

that last sharp bounce on both ES and crude spooked me though..I think its just chop for a while now..though I try to make every trade a learning experience and also to feel the temperament of the market...cant really feel it unless your are in it live in a trade
