Unfortunately I was inspecting the inside of my eyelids at this time and was unable to monitor :). However, while doing my "catch up" annotating I viewed the close of this bar to be a VE of a Pt3 down channel that had Price close in Lateral Movement on IRV which to me both of which indicate...
