    Besides the obvious two (Natenburg and McMillan), i found "The Option trader Handbook" a good reference that I have on my desk at home and work. Bought it before I realized the guy that wrote it posts on this very board.

    Getting Orders filled with big spreads

    I did get filled today on my Mar17 and Mar30 SPY Iron Condor at pretty near the mid. I had to give .05 on both. I couldn't even come close on the April though.
