I assume it's a price range error to protect fat finger orders from going way too low behind the bid or ask. Does anyone know the % range the error is setup or does it depend on your broker?

Can you provide the timestamp on the recent NNDM offering? On benzinga I see it as 8:42:41 on May 20. I already checked it on twitter also 8:42 (Doesn't say in seconds so I don't know if it's more reliable or not.)

It's ok since I am not really that big on news and I can recognize an offering even without one. It's just a little more convienient but I am not paying 20k a year just for that lol.

Yep, I am pretty sure algos are hitting the morning news hard cause everytime it would spike even before I get a chance to read it. I just gave up trying to trade on news.

It is related to the offering news. I've been in multiply stocks that had offerings before so I know this for sure. A huge red candle like 10%-20% just before I see the offering come out on Benzinga.

Doesn't seem so for offerings. Either it is delayed, someone has insider information or is receiving the news faster somehow and was able to react sooner. This happened in multiply stocks I was in I would see a huge red candle before I see the article which pops up a few seconds later.

My broker is tradezero and it won't give me margin on stocks below $3. Is this universal for most brokers? Or do some brokers offer margin below that?

Apparently, my broker uses both day realize and day unrealize to calculate Daily Max loss. They do have the option to put me in liquidate only mode which gives me the chance to sell my own positions instead of leaving it in their own hands.
