Demon,I am in 100% agreement with you on the Amibroker for Dummies manual.But I dont agree with you on the basic coding.Ami's basic AFL is pretty dam easy to code.Its simple to optimise,and that goes for indicators,stops or anything else.. Where Ami becomes a freaking bear is when you start...

You definetly can get by with almost any product to code the things you are asking about..No offense,but that stuff will be coded in 5 minutes..

Edge,I think if you are exceedingly lucky it will cost you days..... I had to trash some pretty decent software before I came across Traders Studio..

But support is by email only and you better be very knowledable about your computer and how software works and how to use a help file for every single issue... becauase they do not hold your hand like eSignal... they require sophisticated users... Also, I have tried calling their support...
