I know what you mean. Last time I had a whole day off trading, I made about 2-3k in the morning and gave at least half of it back in the afternoon when I should have just gone out and spent it!

I have gone long DOW @ 8200.8 stop now moved to 8205 Also long crude (brent) @ 4323 stop moved to 4333

2nd trade: Sold EUR/USD @ 1.32100 closed @ 1.31830 +27 Could have/should have been a lot more but I was away from my desk for lunch and got in too late. Looking at going long on DOW and crude as well at some point if there is any indication of a rally.

Still trade brent and dow with addition of some major fx pairs. My system is still in effect, a short term swing trade/scalping system but I am always looking to improve it as well as my money management system.
