Last trading signal was a long @ 4155. Technical resistance at @ 4183. That's all I know (what the chart shows*) at this time. *I don't know ANYTHING beyond what the chart shows "at this time".

You've got it mostly correct. No need to "forecast the future"... just react to what you see and cope with the future as it unfolds.

Likely up to IB. The banks will send/receive money, regardless (up to their own restrictions and charges, if any). Ask IB what they require and do that.

You might want to check with broker... some hold ACH for 5 business days. Some won't take ACH at all and require bank wire. I've had both.
