    Averaging into FMD - HELP!

Absolutely true, but regardless, the tea leaves will show that change when the pivot is breached. There is plenty of time to get into this stock. While others are continuing to average down, I am waiting in the wings for it to show strength. Strength is strength. A stock goes nowhere...

    Averaging into FMD - HELP!

IMO, there is no point in buying this stock, or any stock for that matter, until it exceeds it's last pivot which it has not. Until then it is dead money. Why buy a stock before it can show you it wants to move up?

Credit Card debt is next......$951.7 Billion worth....

Right now the market doesn't care, and that is where you make your money.

Credit Card debt is next......$951.7 Billion worth....

It helps him make judgements about where the overall market is headed. That way, he doesn't have to look at market internals, he can just make an off the cuff decision, and base his trading on that. If he wins he tells himself he is a genious. If his positions are losing, he tells himself to...

    BS market

And I'm sure lots of bears shorted the bottom right after that and got crushed in March 2003. This is what happens when you predict the market regardless of what the market is actually doing.

Going LONG on Housing Stocks READ!!! Housing has bottomed!!!

Beazer and toll brothers look like they might have bottomed. Lenar and centex are definitely consolidating but appear they could have more downside. I'd post charts showing the dramatic difference but I know pnf charts confuse you so I will not bother. I will also mention that these...

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

I don't have time as I am trying to trade. As it turns out it varies by state. Any state that only allows judicial foreclosure will not allow a foreclosure I am talking about. States that use "the right of foreclosure" can, and do have the provisions I am speaking about.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

Most banks will not foreclose due to appraisal, but they do have the right to do so!!!! Period. End of Story.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

One of the easiest types of mortgage fraud to perpetrate is an overvalued appraisal. Almost half of all home appraisers have complained that they have been pressured to overvalue homes. And home buyers, eager to get the most home possible at the best possible terms, often accept these appraisals...

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

Guess again. It is true. Ask the people of California in 1992.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

We basically agree, but this is not entirely true. A bank does have a right to demand extra collateral on a mortgage should the house's appraised value fall below what is owed. If that collateral is not supplied within a specified period, they can call in the entire loan.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

Do I need my lienholder's permission to sell my house? No, so I guess I own it, huh?

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

If you really want to see who owns your body stop eating and see what happens.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

This can happen with general lines of credit, but cannot happen with mortgages as you stated.

If you owe money on your home, are you really a 'homeowner?'

Do you own the property when you have a mortgage? Of course you do. When somebody gets hurt on your property they can't sue the lienholder so that ought to tell you something.

Shorting Ford and First Solar F and FSLR

It's funny to watch the rationalization of staying in a short as the stock makes new highs. Remember it has to come down sometime in the future so keep adding to those shorts.:D You are definitely more interested in being right than making money.
