has anyone just had a disconnect/reconnect attempt .... it's just that my charts are blank right now and no quotes

i have'nt been able to log in / connect (for hours now) to even get quotes let alone a chart.... ....i've given up even trying for the day

It seems to me to be more about management of the technology function in general not just about coding. Personally I think the problems we've seen this week are more related to network capacity planning & management at OEC & their ISP / network partners. I'll say it again - I've had price...

I've had similar problems to you.....my charts and quote board were lagging BEFORE the upgrade too....particularly in the last hour 3.00-4.15pm EST. Today, right now, all my charts and quoteboard are blank. Fortunately my primary broker and feed are working fine (OEC are my backup)

They were quite a good broker about 18 months ago - since then there reliability and quality of service has steadily gone downhill (IMHO). I had'nt noticed there o/n charge for foreign clients because I no longer trade through them.

Don't have the DOM open on either of the markets I follow.... Oddly no, I hav'nt had my charts noticeably freeze (meaning if they did I did'nt notice it).... maybe because i was watching my primary trading platform JR

Stevegee58, Thanks-really just need charts with a DOM or the ability to trade from a Chart. With Ninja Trader i had understood that the Simulator verion is free. Looks like i'll try that first .... unless their are other views on the best sim?

anyone else have missing data on Eurex markets? ....... I have missing data on my OEC Eurex charts (Bund, Dax....) for about 8 minutes just before and just after the open of the US markets.... anyone else? At the same time, e-minis prices, charts were ok for me... Btw - does NOT appear...
