what's up with OEC?

oops, it happened again. Connectivity problems and incomplete charts at least for Eurex products like FESX and FDAX.
There is not even someone online in the chat during european session the last days.
Get no answers to my mails, too

Am I the only one??
Is this what optionsXpress feels like?

I execute via IB but follow OEC charts and OEC was down 2 times after europe open. IB was up all the time so it's not the connections it's their server...
