Here is an annotation of M / W days. This is the possible outcome of decreasing volume on first three bars on open. My mistake in the past was only seeing change on open to form W / M days. Left out one little ( major ) :D possibility. . . continuation on open. Drawing not so great, but...

This is the best I have for today. I am trying out new charting and I am just a little lost with it. Charts will get better as I get use to it. Candles for today until I figure out the bar setup.

Hey ljyoung, Spyder gave me the same advice and I went and reviewed every chart he annotated for a year. I had seen the answer and even posted it, at least I thought so till the final reply came in. I realized I was only seeing one side of the coin. I was so sure I had the answer and then that...

I just watched a ym 2 minute bar go from 11589 to 11955 in a second and retrace half of that in another second. Is that continuation or change ? LOL:p

This is good stuff. I like what WGtrader, cnms2, and yourself have done with snapshots. It helps to debrief and log action done like this. Thanks !

This is really nice work WG. You have put a lot of time into programming the charting. It looks great. Is the wall programmed to insert on the chart? Is this something that is currently in the works? I like the concept of slides for reviewing, this makes for a great way to debrief. Nice work. :)

This is a lightly annotated chart of the DJIA. It is a weekly chart. Level marked is nothing more than a support area if price continued.

Right click on chart and select edit studies from the drop list. The study properties window will open and from the study drop list in upper left corner select the prv 5es. Insert a value into n clip greater than high volume so you can view the bars without clipping. You will need to change...

Looks like I missed an HVS on the Daily ES chart. I could see the lateral movement, but did not recognize it till now.

I delete the tapes after they have done their job. Again, just to keep the chart clean. Sometimes I forget to erase a tape, but for the most part I remove them. It is not that the tapes and what they have done become invalidated, it is just once they have served their purpose, price moves on...
