    Yes, it happens because the PRIMARY market has not opened the ETF (It may be because the specialist wants to "pick off" people on the open). Try to direct route the trade (i.e., not SMART) and click on trade outside of RTH box. That may work.

    You probably TOOK liquidity and thus you had to pay the additional fee. If you PROVIDED liquidity, you would have gotten a credit. Not all names are part of the pilot program. I believe that the penny option names have this new fee structure.

    It is possible that your order is being held by IB and monitored. Look at the destination. If the route is SMART then it is not being shown in the ISE book. If the destination is ISE then it is working at the ISE.

    Interesting observation.... B1S2 started this thread in March 2006. He was short at 1289.75. Today, two years later, the ESM is at 1289.75.... Thus, not including dividends, interest, cost of carry, etc, we are right where we were when he started this journal. :)
