MEDIAN price of a house here in Santa Barbara was $1.5 million last year, but has now DROPPED :D Ha to $1.25 million. Better make your moves now to catch the pullback. :D

Another thing in all this is to have a "feel" for and just familiarity with whatever it is you're trading in addition to a "feel" or knowledge of how the market reacts in different situations. This comes with experience. If you're trading the index futures against people that trade these...

Time will tell of course. The trend has only been down. The inventory report prevented real capitulation. :)

BTW, the bounce was on pretty weak volume and is fading fast.

Crude seems to be trying to establish a short term bottom and may have gotten a bit oversold. (At least that's what Jim Rogers told me. :D ) Of course it's been trying to establish a base to bounce from with no success the last month. :)

I didn't come on this thread to criticize anyone. It's easy to say someone's an idiot after the fact. I was just saying you have to not be stuck on one viewpoint, bullish or bearish, but just see what the market is up to and be nimble enough to trade it. And now the market's rebounding this...

The thing is, the story always changes as we go along. The market seemed very overbought and you could tell was looking for any good reason to pull back. Finally got some yesterday. Blanket statements like buy all the dips or sell and short all the rallies never hold up over any period of time...

BTW, these contracts are down to 95 cents and 15 cents respectively. Just needed to wait a bit longer. Again, good call. :)

You're welcome. Yahoo is great in a million ways. God only knows how many hours over the years I've spent on Yahoo. Ha :D But their old stock charts were really bad and quite distorted. Glad they fixed this. Thanks for sharing the Google ones. Yahoo's look better to me though and they are live...
