:D It's that easy!? :D In this case you assume that my examples were correct? I did this visually (guess-timating) so maybe what claims to be "HF" should in fact be "SM" or the other way around or even an "MO"? Let's assume what I did is correct. Do you mean by "...fold them..."...

One of the topics that seem to be important to Jack is "bar overlap". I searched and found a graphic that he and Neoxx did some time ago. Based on that graphic I marked the different overlap types on a chart. If my understanding was correct then I can move on to one of those drills and...

Getting down and dirty is where the rubber meets the road ...

While working on "overlap" I went back to this thread because I remembered that Jack already started to mention it here (or something similar). I had to let this thread go at the end because of my workload in my day job but I always kept "a note in the back of my head" to come back and look...

Well... are you sure? You mean that the next bars after stich 7 in Jack's graphic can ONLY move up and stich 8 only down? I just looked to to confirm or debunk this on my chart but after my previous "stich experience" I prefer not make a statement at this point in time which then I have...

Just when I thought that I had corrected my mistake I suddenly see something which looks like a stich AND it has increasing volume on the second bar!? Seems like I can't rely on the automatic pattern detection in Tradenavigator. Please see enclosed.

Thank you for "forcing" me to review my findings. When I changed the chart settings again to where I suddenly saw a diversion from the rule I could see upon closer inspection that one of the stiches was in fact an FTP and the other one an OB by half a point. Therefore my my original...

Looking at some charts I can see this: 1. Stiches seem to always have the second bar with DECREASING volume. Shouldn't have opened my mouth... just after I changed some chart settings suddenly two exceptions jump directly to my eyes. OK... change ALWAYS to MOST OF THE TIME. 2. FTPs, FPBs...

Not necessarily "better" but if you use the first version together with the "3x5 card" version then you should be better able to follow the whole flow chart. Especially if you also use the new flow chart and additional sheets that he posted together with the "3x5" card instructions.

A little bit further in the thread he posted new flow charts and new MADA instructions. They are a little bit more detailed.

Hi Jack, I have a question about the trades that start at the F node. Please see enclosed.... Thanks

I'm not in front of the flow chart at the moment therefore just quickly my understanding... If you see the instructions above it wail say to go to E after you have a PASS and choose F or G. Let's say we had dominant volume then we are at F. From F we have the same possibilities that we had...

I would be glad if you are right and I misunderstood this. I will try to describe my "pass-fail-pass-fail" note: 1. Bar opens 2. Prices goes down 3. Price comes back to open (doji) 4. Price goes down again = fail. 5. Price goes back to open and then passes the doji (=pass) 6. Price...
