Did nasdaq just made second lower low and lower high? There are more stocks hitting new LOW for the year than new high. You want more TA instead of EW just say so.

How is it possible for the noise be 5 10 15 20 points? Isn't noise depend on a time frame? 10 points for 1 min time frame is not a noise.
