what you need is tick historical data. IQFeed, eSignal and I am sure some others have it.

ah, sorry - the patch thing was for TDA Hist backfill only. It wouldn't help for ASX data. Yahoo has that though I believe

BigCharts would still not work (that isn't going to change), but TDA as Hist Backfill should be available

I can't help you add a source for QuoteTracker. Certainly will look to do that for Medved Trader. Yahoo should work. In fact, just configured it, including all the symbol translations, for MT.

ok, thats the problem. Futures accounts do not work via their API. Basically no futures trading or quotes and even enabling the account for futures breaks access to the API.

A recently opened account might not be the type that allows API access, which is what QT requires. Depending on what you got enabled, like "Portfolio Margin Account" or futures. If you got those two things for example, the account will not work with QT or any other 3rd party software. If...

Did you try switching servers? Don't know what to tell you. I don't have a way to troubleshoot this now.

You know - I never paid attention to it before you mentioned it. It seems it is a common complaint that has not been addressed for a couple years. Guess for you FF may be the best option till G addresses this.
