I switched over the weekend to the european Server (I am in Europe). Now everything works perfect. I also closed Skype (running on a other PC but on the same ADSL Line), and it seems it had an effect too... when you look on the log file, when you see there "Warning: Not received Heartbeat..."...

for switching on european server, you have to ask the suport. Call the toll free number 0080042276537 and ask for Doby B (English, German, Italian). But call your ISP, its not the ISP problem but a routing problem. Today they changed the way it was going my signal to IB, and now it works perfect.

thats exactly what support told me: the server sends pings to check if you are online, if the response is to slow (over 180ms) then the server think, you are gone and disconnect. After a few seconds server check again and voilá you are online again.... My ISP made some changes 1 hr bevore (it...

just made the ping again, and now it works perfect, about 150ms, never seen bevore to IB. Even the tracert has changed. Maby they changed the route today to IBs servers. Would be a good thing.

made a phonecall to TISCALI (ISP). Had same problem 3 weeks ago and they resolved it. Now they said to me, i am nit the only one to have this problem .... its a connection problem, and they are investigatin again....
