I do agree, they've failed for the eye-catching. Hopefully, the software is reliable and ease of use and last but not least voice quality of course. Any way, for voice quality nobody can compete with Motorola CrystalTalk™.

    Congress just doesn't get it

Yep, that's a lot for an individual or for a single company but it seems not enough for intercepting this financial weapon of mass destruction. I have a gut feeling that the US government will have a lesson learned, "Don't fight the trend". Let the inevitable finishing its course.

    Anyone had near blowup experience?

Firstly, he must give you full authority (empowerment) and secondly his idea of holding a losing position isn't correct because the odds are not in favor most of the time, but it depends how long he would like to hold on that losing position and also depending on the volatility of the stock...

    Shorting Financials

What a ridiculous government biased action! This is completely against free market philosophy. The US government is becoming a dictator. "I want it goes up, so don't SELL, but BUY!". A ban on short without prior borrowing makes sense, but not a complete ban like that.

    AIG falling hard

This was the most bloodiest ever! Train yourself for being able to catch this kind of move in the future. Then the battle field is yours. We have up to 60 seconds to decide; further than that time frame, don't chase.
