This week should tell us a little something about the market -- was last week's action a successful pullback? 3700 area now appears to be the line in the sand.

Maybe better utilization and implementation of the analysis. ;) Kinda tried to get a little too cute playing a ST buy set-up within a bigger picture weekly sell framework.

One of those days where my ST stuff is completely over-ridden by the weekly. Handled some stuff OK given what happened but definitely should have been more focused on the weekly perspective to take advantage of the situation. @Laissez Faire -- seasonality during bear markets vs bull markets!

I expect NDX and gold to finish up on the afternoon. A little more clear plays to me than S&P today as they were set up to rally after the announcement. We'll see what happens. Note to @Laissez Faire. Just looked at the charts today, hopefully without bias. :-) Still think we could finish...

Why do you limit yourself to what is already known? Soros, PTJ in his glory years, Larry Williams, etc don’t think that way.

Just have to determine what the path of least resistance is. Again, this market, outside of some big cap names, has been strong internally since the 2nd week of the month. I follow a lot of breadth indicators and everything was confirming the strength of the market, including RTY, as we discussed.

I give you some props -- you got whipsawed a bit and reacted too much to the news earlier this week -- but you have your share of good calls.

For what it's worth, you might consider trying some mental "cleansing" audio to get a bit of a reset. I had to do that after my September! Part of what I realized in September that I wasn't my best self -- especially in my interactions in here. Best wishes to you. You got this!
