I use 2 different brokers, IB & TOS, since day one i had connection problems with TOS. The ping i get to their servers is way over 1000MS which is impossible to work with, i spoke with their technicall department but they keep throw the problem to my side. i tried everything include changing...

Since the XIV got busted the VIX traders are much more careful, you won't get the squeezes like we did before. The correlation have changed between the indices and the VIX. It's a all new ball game.

Is it possible with IB? after 16:00 EDT the chart is frozen though the quote is changing(i think)

If they are available outside the Eurex trading hours is it possible to trade them outside the trading hours? if so how?

How can it be that DAX futures trading hours is 7:50-22:00 European Central Time (CET) or 1:50 - 16:00 EDT but here https://www.investing.com/indices/germany-30-futures i see the futures keeps on trading outside the time zone mentioned above?

ET180 & losingtrader They just got back to me to confirm what you guys said, no need for any funding, just to open account (all the document needed etc) and that's it. Worth mention too, they give 2nd level free, kudos to TOS.

Not API, Interactive Broker charts is distorted and i need this for manual trading.

I'm looking to get live data from ThinkOrSwim with no intention trading from this account. I need live option chart data especially. What is the minimum funding i need and what is the commissions(monthly/yearly) i will need to pay for? Is there better options for me apart from ThinkOrSwim?

I'm not here to teach people how to trade or reveal my trading techniques, if you do not find the option chart necessary and it works for you then great.

ok so keep trade options the way you do, and i will the way i do. watching the stock and not the option is like knowing the inside of your car but not looking at the road, but hay, if it works for i'm happy.

How exactly you trade options if you don't even open it chart to see how the underline is behaving? are you throwing a dice or flip a coin?

not missing anything, they are aware of the problem, it's been checked and confirmed by them, they just "don't find the time" to fix it

there are 10's of those every single minute. you can see it with AMZN, AAPL, SPX etc it's more then sad it's a disgrace that i have to beg for years for IB to fix this bug and they don't. as an option trader it's a nightmare

Take a look at the images and look yourself that later those missing bars did appear. i'm not posting bug that i didn't get across 1000's times already and 100% sure about it
