Maybe just put arrows on the chart where you entered an exited. Then note in your post your reasons for entry/exit Keep your trendlines and indicators, as that is good to see what you were looking at at the time

I looked up ATR and I assume you are referring to Average True Range. I have never used this before, and from what I see on the web, some people can plot it on a chart and use it to set stops. However, I don't see anything like this amongst the 10 bajillion indicators available on...
