@Landis82, thats a bit premature. We didn't even talk to MB Trading yet. Being that they have a public API and are a friendly broker, I expect to do integration with them. Right now it is in planning stage only. Still have to do all the core trading functionality in MT and integrate some others...

I thought you were going to try MT? As for QT, US stuff should be OK with current settings. Non-US stuff - well, MT would work for that, or if in QT, you can tweak custom timeframes

@high99 The timezone settings have not been updated for the current Daylight Savings Time since there is nobody to update QT. That would impact the non-US timezones

y, there is a bit more to it. Ties to charts.ini. Frankly, I don't remember at this point. We did it completely differently in the new MT.

MT does 10 days backfill with IB. Whatever the datafeed supports basically. It can go to I think 120 for IQFeed

I tried dragging an option from the chain to the portfolio and it worked, though chain was incomplete. Can't really troubleshoot QT.. MT works.

Yes, it works, though you may need to explicitly set the shortcut to it to run as Admin

high99 - two step - you have to install regular QT first.

uexkuell, by default, system tray icons are hidden in Windows 7. click on the little UP arrow next to the tray icons, and select CUSTOMIZE. Scroll down till you see: STOCKS.EXE QuoteTracker and select "Show icon and notifications"
