Agreed. No way that I can do this without a lawyer behind me. I have calls out to two firms now for a legal opinion. Perhaps if I hire a firm that specializes in shareholder interest to write the letter, I'll have a better shot. Of course, the problem here is co$t. I have no idea what the price...
